Our online learning platform has over 100 follow-along Somatic Movement Flow videos and downloadable PDF handouts to learn the neuroscience, history, and philosophy behind this progressive evidence and heart-based method.

Certification is an optional add-on. Also, when purchasing this bundle, you can later mix/match each level of training with in-person trainings (tuition is paid for - you just add accommodation, meals, taxes, etc...). CEUs are available for yoga teachers and yoga therapists.

As of November 15, 2024, our GSY Level 3 online training is in the a rollout phase. Once you have completed GSY Levels 1 & 2 Trainings, participants enrolled in our All-Levels Program will receive regular notifications with new Somatic Movement Flows and handouts until our course is published to the general public.
