Amanda Meadows

I deliver unique classes each week; providing the support needed for my community to be motivated in their Yoga practice – creating a space of respect and ownership. My classes are informative and where appropriate fun, cultivating a community where friendships are created. I also assist running mediation and Reiki workshops and I am trained in other alternative therapies and practices which allow me to develop one on one programmes to suit client needs.
