I lead clients to discover how their bodies move, educating them and building individual knowledge. I deliver with compassion, care, and fun. Because you need to be able to laugh and smile:-) Currently, Teach Remotely. Usually teach classes in Cochrane, Alberta when I am there. Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Nidra. I live nomadically with my hubby and our dog Gracie. For part of the year, we are on the road discovering places further south, chasing the warmth. I have been teaching yoga for 9 years and absolutely love the community/relationships I connect with.
